摘  要:为了全面提高榆树林油田含油污水的处理效果,以达到“5.1.1”回注水水质控制指标要求,针对目前采用的“曝气→气浮→砂滤→超滤”深度污水处理工艺存在的问题开展研究。在对榆树林油田采出水水质进行分析的基础上,对现有的处理工艺进行了高精滤技术的改进,并进行了现有处理工艺和改进后处理工艺技术的对比。研究表明:采用高精滤技术的“曝气→气浮→高精滤”处理工艺,处理后的水质能够达到“5.1.1”回注水水质控制指标的要求,且解决了超滤膜对进水水质要求较高、膜组件容易出现污染所造成的处理膜通量衰减较快和出水水质不达标的问题,具有投资成本和运行成本低于现有处理工艺技术的优势。改进后的处理工艺管理点数量相对较少,便于生产管理和维护,能够满足生产的需要。In order to comprehensively improve the treatment effect of oily sewage in Yulin Oilfield,research is carried out on the problems existing in the"aeration→air flotation→sand filtration→ultrafiltration"deep sewage treatment process currently used in Yulin Oilfield to meet the requirements of"5.1.1"reinjection water quality control index.Based on the analysis of the produced water quality of Yushulin Oilfield,the existing treatment process is improved by introducing the high precision filtration technology,and a comparison test between the existing treatment process and the improved treatment process technology is carried out.The study shows that the"aeration→air flotation→high precision filtration"treatment process using the high precision filtration technology cannot only meet the requirements of"5.1.1"reinjection water quality control index,but also,it solves the problems caused by the high requirements of the ultrafiltration membrane on the influent water quality,and the easy pollution of membrane components,which results in fast attenuation of the treatment membrane flux,and substandard effluent water quality.It has the advantages of lower investment cost and operation cost than the existing treatment process technology.The number of management points of the improved treatment process is relatively small,which is more convenient for production management and maintenance,and meets the needs of production.
