注汽锅炉给水除氧技术在新疆油田的应用

摘　　要：影响油田注汽锅炉安全运行和使用寿命的重要因素之一是氧腐蚀,因此在油田注汽系统中,锅炉给水除氧是非常关键和必要的环节。通过锅炉进口过滤器垢样成分分析,结垢成分以Fe3O4为主,其次是Fe S和盐垢;清水给水管线及净化水给水管线主要腐蚀因素是氧,同时存在硫腐蚀。新疆油田湿蒸汽锅炉采用“亚硫酸钠化学”除氧技术,给水水质溶解氧≤0.05 mg/L;过热锅炉采用“低位真空+亚硫酸钠”除氧技术,给水水质溶解氧≤0.05 mg/L;循环流化床锅炉采用“热力+丙酮肟药剂辅助”除氧技术,锅炉进口水质溶解氧≤0.007 mg/L。实际应用中,应根据油田锅炉的特点和对水质的要求,综合考虑供汽模式、热力参数、水源水质情况、负荷变化、经济条件等因素,因地制宜地使用合适的除氧方式,以减少注汽系统腐蚀结垢,保障油田注汽锅炉安全运行。Oxygen corrosion is one of the important factors affecting the safe operation and service life of steam injection boilers in oilfields.Therefore,the deoxygenation of boiler feed water is a very important and necessary link in the oilfield steam injection system.Through the analysis of scale sample com-position of boiler inlet filter,the scale composition is mainly Fe3O4,followed by FeS and salt scale.The main corrosion factor of clean water supply pipeline and purified water supply pipeline is oxygen,and there is sulfur corrosion as well.The wet steam boiler of Xinjiang Oilfield adopts the"sodium sulfite chemical"deoxygenation technology,and the dissolved oxygen in feed water is no more than 0.05 mg/L.The superheated boiler adopts the deoxygenation technology of"low vacuum+sodium sulfite",and the dissolved oxygen in feed water is below 0.05 mg/L.The circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the deoxygenation technology of"thermal+acetone oxime adjuvant",and the dissolved oxygen in the imported water of the boiler is no more than 0.007 mg/L.In practical application,appropriate deoxygenation methods should be used according to the characteristics of oilfield boilers,and the requirements for water quality,taking into account factors such as steam supply mode,thermal parameters,water quality of the source,load changes,economic conditions,and local conditions.The above measures can reduce the corrosion and scale of steam injection system,and ensure the safe operation of oilfield steam injection boilers.
