12V 190型燃气内燃机组启动困难成因及对策研究

摘　　要：目前燃气内燃机在各领域、各行业的应用已经向产业化、规模化迈进,燃气内燃机维护工作尤为重要。其中,机组启动困难的诊断并排除是否科学精准,这不仅影响设备的工作寿命,而且直接关系到企业的经济效益和社会效益。以大庆油田第九采油厂的燃气内燃机组启动困难为例,对12V 190型燃气内燃机启机时面临的启动回路中电气元件故障增多、油田伴生气供给量不稳定、点火系统异常、环境恶劣、进排气系统及机组内部破损问题,结合机组本体结构及工作原理进行分析研究,提出具有针对性、实用性的“控制入手,查气火”对策,该对策适用于国内同型机组故障快速处理,可确保机组安全、平稳运行。At present,the application of gas internal combustion engines in various fields and industries has been moving towards industrialization and scale,thus the maintenance of gas internal combustion engines is particularly important.The scientific and accurate diagnosis and elimination of difficulties in unit start-up not only affect the working life of the equipment,but also directly affect the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.Taking the difficulty in starting the gas internal combustion unit in No.9 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield as an example,the 12V 190 gas internal combustion engine faced with the problems of increasing electrical component failures in the starting circuit,unstable supply of associated gas in the oilfield,abnormal ignition system,harsh environment,damage to the intake and exhaust system,and internal damage of the unit when starting,this paper analyzes and studies the structure and working principle of the unit,and proposes a targeted and practical strategy of"starting with control,checking gas&fires",which is suitable for rapid troubleshooting of similar units in China,and can ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
