摘　　要：随着生产力的不断发展和现代科技水平的不断提高,很多行业开始与互联网融合,紧跟时代,以谋求更大的发展利益。中小企业要想获得长久的发展,就必须深入了解互联网,以其为平台和跳板,走出一条属于自己的可持续发展之路。因此,文章以中小企业在“互联网+”模式下的物流管理优化为例,探讨分析具体的解决措施和策略,从而助推中小企业的发展。With the continuous development of productivity and the continuous improvement of modern science and technology,many industries have begun to integrate with the Internet,keep up with the times,and seek greater development benefit.If small and medium-sized enterprises want to achieve long-term development,they must have an in-depth understanding of the Internet,use it as a platform and springboard,and embark on their own sustainable development path.Therefore,this paper takes how to optimize logistics management in the Internet Plus mode of small and medium-sized enterprises as an example,and discusses and analyzes specific solutions and strategies,so as to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
