摘  要:目前,针对卷烟工业领域的卷烟发货分拣调度策略的研究较少,同时,各企业采用的策略都比较简单,基本以人工干预为主。而随着目前人工成本的提高,以及市场对小批量、柔性化的卷烟发货需求的提升,现有调度策略已无法满足市场需求。文章提出以仿真建模为研究手段,将WMS/WCS以及PLC控制程序融入仿真模型进行模拟生产,实现卷烟发货的分拣调度策略研究,能够有效满足市场需求,同时提高自动化程度,使得分拣策略更优。通过模拟生产方式为管理人员组织生产提供数据支撑。管理人员能够直观地看到订单数据的运行结果,并根据此结果对订单数据进行相应调整,对调整后的订单数据进行快速验证,最终实现提高件烟发货效率的目的。At present,there is little research on the sorting and scheduling strategy for cigarette delivery in the field of cigarette industry.At the same time,the strategies adopted by various enterprises are relatively simple,and mainly manual intervention.However,with the increase of the current labor cost and the market demand for small batch and flexible delivery,the existing scheduling strategy has been unable to meet the market demand.In this paper,simulation modeling is used as the research method,WMS/WCS and PLC control program are integrated into the simulation model to simulate production,and the research on sorting and scheduling strategy of cigarette delivery is realized,which can effectively meet the market demand,improve the degree of automation,and make the sorting strategy better.By simulating production,it provides data support for managers to organize production.Managers can intuitively see the running results of the order data,adjust the order data according to the results,and quickly verify the adjusted order data,so as to finally achieve the purpose of improving the delivery efficiency of cigarettes.
