摘　　要：为了提高和改善交通服务水平,我们需要对城市交通尤其是出入口交通进行影响分析与评价,促进城市快速发展。物流中心作为城市基础设施的一部分,出入口的建设及交通状况直接影响着物流中心的内部发展及城市的交通流。因此,对物流中心出入口进行交通影响分析与评价,预测交通安全隐患,提出有效的改善措施,对提高物流中心及周边路网的道路通行能力具有极其重要的意义。文章通过分析物流中心的交通特征,结合物流中心货运量预测方法的比较分析,提出交通影响评价指标,创建了交通影响评价等级划分体系,寻求交通影响范围及影响因素,为物流中心出入口交通影响的发展提供了新的研究理论及方法。In order to improve the level of transportation services,we need to analyze and evaluate the impact of urban traffic,especially the traffic at the entrance and exit,to promote the rapid development of the city.The logistics center as a part of urban infrastructure,the construction and traffic conditions of the entrance and exit directly affect the logistics center,s internal development and urban traffic flow.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and evaluate the traffic impact on the entrances and exits of the logistics center,predict the traffic safety and hidden dangers,and put forward effective improvement measures to improve the traffic capacity of the logistics center and the surrounding road network.By analyzing the traffic characteristics of the logistics center and combining with the comparison and analysis of the freight volume prediction methods of the logistics center,this paper puts forward the traffic impact evaluation index,creates the traffic impact evaluation grade classification system,seeks the influence scope and influencing factors of traffic,and provides a new research theory and method for the development of the impact of traffic at the entrance and exit of the logistics center.
