摘  要:为解决孤山航电枢纽工程坝基基础处理存在地质条件复杂、断层发育、固结灌浆与混凝土浇筑干扰强、地基处理工程量和难度大等问题,针对坝基岩体特性、吕荣线及地下水位分布以及坝高等因素,综合确定该工程坝基固结灌浆及防渗帷幕设计方案。固结灌浆布置于重力坝坝踵区、泄水闸上下游侧,孔排距为2.5 m×2.5 m,孔深为5~6 m。防渗帷幕贯穿两岸山体、重力坝段及泄水闸坝段,采用单排帷幕,防渗标准为5 Lu,帷幕后设置排水孔,帷幕灌浆孔和排水孔孔距均为2.5 m。坝基灌后检测结果表明:岩体声波和透水率满足规范要求;该方案有效地提高了坝基岩体完整性、减小了坝基变形、降低了基础扬压力、减少了大坝渗漏量,设计方案合理可靠。In order to solve the complex geological conditions,fault development,strong interference between consolidation grouting and concrete pouring,the volume and difficulty of foundation treatment and other important and difficult problems,the dam foundation treatment was carried out according to rock mass characteristics of dam foundation,distribution of Lurong line and groundwater level and dam height.The design scheme of dam foundation consolidation and seepage control curtain grouting were determined comprehensively for Gushan Navigation and Hydropower Project.The consolidation grouting holes were arranged in dam heel of gravity dam,and upstream and downstream sides of discharging sluice,with the hole distance was 2.5 m×2.5 m and hole depth was 5~6 m.The anti-seepage curtain grouting holes were arranged through both mountain side,gravity dam and discharging sluice section.A single row of curtain grouting was used with the anti-seepage standard of 5 Lu.Drainage holes were arranged behind the curtain grouting holes.The distance between curtain grouting and drainage holes was 2.5 m.The acoustic wave and permeability of the rock mass after grouting meet the standard,which shows that the scheme effectively improves the integrity of the rock mass of the dam foundation,reduces the deformation of the dam foundation,the uplift pressure of the foundation,and the leakage of the dam.The results show that the design scheme is reasonable and reliable.
