摘 要:为减少人为因素对堆石坝碾压工程施工质量的干扰,提高工作效率、提升水利工程安全生产标准化建设水平,夹岩水利枢纽工程面板堆石坝运用了“数字大坝”碾压质量实时监控系统。通过在碾压设备上安装高精度GNSS接收机,自动记录堆石坝在碾压施工过程中的碾压机械行走速度、振动频率、碾压遍数和压实厚度等数据,实现了碾压堆石坝施工质量的全自动控制。运用网络与数字化技术,研究成果实现了施工质量全过程控制,有效提高了工程建设管理水平。In order to reduce the interference of human factors on the construction quality of the roller compacted rockfill dam,and improve the working efficiency and raise the standard construction level of safety of Water Conservancy Project,the digital dam with compaction real-time monitoring system was used in the face rock-fill dam of Jiayan Water Conservancy Project.By installing a high-precision GNSS receiver on the rolling equipment,the system could automatically record the compaction data of the rockfill dam during the compaction construction,such as the travel speed of the rolling machine,the vibration frequency,the rolling times and the compaction thickness,thus the construction quality of roller compacted rock-fill dam could be controlled automatically.Through the network and digital technology,the construction quality was controlled during the whole process,and the construction management was improved effectively.
