县级公共图书馆服务标准化建设探析

摘　　要：曲沃县图书馆经过多年的标准化建设,成为山西省唯一一家国家级公共文化服务标准化县级图书馆,其通过健全组织架构,完善工作机制;结合行业特点,开展标准编写工作;大力宣传贯彻培训,营造良好氛围;推进实施与监督,保障标准执行以及开展专题研讨,持续改进标准化工作等措施,积累了丰富的公共文化服务标准化工作经验,取得了显著成效:服务标准化促进了图书馆日常管理水平、提升了图书馆读者服务质量、推动了图书馆服务品牌创建并成就了图书馆“国家一级图书馆”的殊荣。After years of standardized construction,Quwo County Library has become the only county-level library in Shanxi Province to achieve national-level standardization for public cultural services.Through the establishment of a sound organizational structure and improved work mechanisms,combined with the characteristics of the industry,the library has undertaken standard development work.It has also placed great emphasis on promotion,training,and creating a positive atmosphere.By implementing and supervising the standards,the library ensures the execution of standards and continuous improvement of standardization work.This has resulted in the accumulation of rich experience in public cultural service standardization and remarkable achievements,including improved daily management,enhanced quality of reader services,the establishment of the library's service brand,and the honor of being recognized as a"National Level-One Library."
