摘 要:中压系统(3~35 kV)过电压保护器作为主要的过电压保护设备在工矿企业大量应用。但实际运行中,保护器会发生击穿损坏甚至爆炸事故,技术人员往往将事故原因简单地归结为产品质量问题。这既不利于问题的解决,也无法使企业供电系统的过电压保护系统得到提升和完善。通过对近20年保护器事故的原因剖析,为企业技术人员处理该类事故提供了参考依据,以期提高企业供电、用电设备的安全性、可靠性。In medium voltage system(3~35 kV),overvoltage protector is widely used as the main overvoltage protection equipment in industrial and mining enterprises.But in actual operation,the protector could occur breakdown damage or even explosion accidents,and technical personnel often attributed the causes of accidents simply to product quality issues.This is not conducive to problem solving nor does it enable the overvoltage protection system of the enterprise power supply system to be upgraded and improved.By analyzing the causes of protector accidents in the past 20 years,it provides a reference basis for enterprise technicians to deal with such accidents,with a view to improving the safety and reliability of power supply and power-using equipment in enterprises.
