摘  要:为实现多个使用混合煤气的轧钢加热炉超低排放,通过烟气的含硫量分析,以及反算煤气含硫量,确定了首先应当实施焦炉煤气精脱硫改造。在分析和吸取煤化工行业水解法脱硫技术的基础上,宝钢结合自身特点,对原料气净化、反吹气选用、再生气去向、水解的分段,进行了适应性优化,并充分考虑了与煤气柜和管网的合理连接。项目实施后,煤气总硫脱除率在90%以上,烟气SO_(2)排放量减少50%以上,初步达到预期效果。In order to realize the ultra-low emission of several steel rolling furnaces using mixed gas,through the analysis of the sulfur content of flue gas and the reverse calculation of the sulfur content of gas,it is determined that the refined desulfurization transformation of coke oven gas should be implemented first.Based on the analysis and absorption of the hydrolysis desulfurization technology in the coal chemical industry,combined with its own characteristics of Baosteel,the design has carried out adaptive optimization of feed gas purification,back blowing gas selection,regeneration gas direction,hydrolysis section,etc.,and considered the reasonable connection with the gas holder and pipe network.After the implementation of the project,the total sulfur removal rate of gas is more than 90%,and the SO_(2)emission of flue gas is reduced by 50%,which has initially achieved the expected effect.
