摘　　要：30 MW煤气发电机组在运行过程中汽轮机凝结水硬度逐渐增大,继而引发锅炉炉水硬度过大,严重影响系统设备运行安全。通过多种方法尝试查漏处置,最终降低了汽轮机凝结水硬度,保障机组设备可靠运行。The hardness of the turbine condensate gradually increased during the operation of the 30 MW gas generator unit,which in turn led to excessive hardness of the boiler water and seriously affected the operation safety of the system equipment.Through a variety of methods to investigate and deal with leaks,the hardness of the turbine condensate was finally reduced to ensure the reliable operation of the unit.
