摘　　要：随着反渗透技术在水处理领域的广泛应用,中水脱盐技术已日趋成熟,各大企业已不仅仅局限于中水一级脱盐技术的应用,利用反渗透技术对浓水进行二次脱盐,实现浓水的减量化,也逐步在水处理领域得以开展。国内某钢铁公司利用反渗透脱盐工艺,对钢铁厂综合废水经膜法处理后的一级浓水进行再次脱盐,该项目投产运行4个多月,整体运行状态稳定,压力、压差都在可控范围之内,产水水量、水质均满足用户使用要求。With the wide application of reverse osmosis technology in the field of water treatment,recycled water desalination technology has become increasingly mature,and major enterprises are not only limited to the application of recycled water desalination technology,the use of reverse osmosis technology for secondary desalination of concentrated water to achieve the reduction of concentrated water,but also gradually carried out in the field of water treatment.A domestic steel company uses reverse osmosis desalination process to desalinate the first-stage concentrated water of the comprehensive wastewater of the steel plant after the membrane treatment.After the project is put into operation,the overall operation status is stable,the pressure and differential pressure are within the controllable range,and the produced water quantity and quality meet the user's requirements.
