摘　　要：针对烧结工序均衡控制的难点问题及现状,开发烧结物料均衡自动控制技术,实现圆盘配料控制方式、物料跟踪算法、换仓干扰优化、混合料均衡布料、混合料横向均衡布料以及混合料成分在线调控等多维度自动控制,促进烧结矿产量、质量的提升和改善。In view of the difficulties and the current situation of the balanced control of sintering process,the automatic control technology of sintering material balance was developed to realize the multi-dimensional automatic control such as disc batching control mode,material tracking algorithm,storage change interference optimization,balanced distribution of mixture,horizontal balanced distribution of mixture and online regulation and control of mixture composition,so as to improve the quantity and quality of sintering mineral.
