摘  要:针对全钢子午线轮胎变温变压硫化工艺展开研究。在不更改硫化工艺步序的前提下,缩短内压蒸汽循环时间,将过热水循环时间与不循环时间的比例调整为1∶2,可以提升硫化效率,减少能耗,同时成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能提升。The vulcanization process of all-steel radial tires with variable temperatures and variable pressures was studied.On the premise of keeping the original vulcanization process sequence,the vulcanization efficiency was improved by shortening the cycle time of the internal pressure steam and adjusting the ratio of the cycling time to the non-cycling time of the superheated water to 1∶2,which would reduce energy consumption.The test results also showed that the durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire were improved.
