摘　　要：带状疱疹相关性疼痛(zoster-associated pain,ZAP)是带状疱疹最常见的并发症,疼痛性质多样,给病人带来情感、睡眠及生命质量的损害,社会负担愈发严重。临床上治疗ZAP方法多样,短时程脊髓电刺激作为一种治疗ZAP的新方式,在临床上应用广泛。本文归纳总结了国内外短时程脊髓电刺激治疗ZAP的相关文献,从作用机制研究、病程、疼痛类型、术式选择、治疗天数、参数程控等方面介绍了短时程脊髓电刺激目前治疗ZAP的现状、进展以及仍存在的问题。Zoster-associated pain(ZAP)is the most common complication of herpes zoster and is varied in nature,causing emotional,sleep and quality of life impairment to patients,the social burden is increasingly serious.There are various clinical methods for the treatment of ZAP.Short-term spinal cord stimulation is widely used as a new treatment for ZAP.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures on the treatment of zoster-associated pain with short-term spinal cord stimulation,and introduces the current status,progress and existing problems of short-term spinal cord stimulation in the treatment of ZAP from the aspects of mechanism of action,course of disease,type of pain,choice of procedure,number of days of treatment,and program control parameter.
