摘 要:准确评估导线的股丝分层应力可为架空输电线路工程设计、导线选型提供理论依据和指导。以钢芯铝绞线为研究对象,考虑每一层股丝的温度、节径比、泊松比、弹性模量及线膨胀系数等因素的影响,再根据导线整体轴向张力进行修正,提出了一种钢芯铝绞线股丝分层应力的计算方法,并采用二分法进行求解。在不同张力下,对钢芯铝绞线进行分层应变、应力试验,根据超弱光纤的应变导致反射光波长改变的原理进行测量,验证了所提计算方法的有效性。最后,针对工程中的导线选型问题,对不同导线进行分层应力计算,为工程设计提供理论参考。It is necessary to evaluate the strand delamination stress accurately in order to provide guidance for overhead transmission lines engineering design.Steel-cored aluminum stranded wire was taken as research object,considering the influence of the temperature,pitch diameter ratio,Poisson's ratio,elastic modulus,linear expansion coefficient and other factors,and then it was corrected according to overall axial tension of the wire.A method for calculating the layered stress of strands was proposed,and it was solved by dichotomy.The layered stress tests of the steel-cored aluminum stranded wire were performed under different tensions,and the measurement was based on the principle that the wavelength of the reflected light wave changes due to the strain of the optical fiber,which verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally,the stress calculation of the layered aluminum part of the wires was used in actual projects,and the results can provide theoretical reference for engineering design.
