脂环族环氧-丙烯酸酯混杂光固化树脂的设计及性能研究

摘  要:采用二乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(DEGDMA)和三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(3EGDMA),分别与脂环族环氧树脂(TTA-21)共混,构建了TTA-21/DEGDMA和TTA-21/3EGDMA阳离子/自由基混杂光固化体系,探究了上述体系的组成对固化薄膜力学性能的影响。在此基础上,全面讨论了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醚(GMA)的添加量对TTA-21/3EGDMA拉伸强度、断裂韧性、透光率以及热机械性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,GMA添加量为20%时,组分比为2∶1的TTA-21/3EGDMA薄膜拉伸强度为65.74 MPa,断裂伸长率为4.80%;GMA添加量为40%时,K IC可达2.74 MPa·m 1/2,提高了17.52%。不同GMA添加量的TTA-21/3EGDMA薄膜透光率均可达89.95%以上。随着GMA添加量的增多,固化物交联密度增加,GMA添加量大于30%后,出现了微相分离,增加了薄膜的柔韧性。In this paper,diethylene glycol dimethacrylate(DEGDMA)and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(3EGDMA)were blended with cycloaliphatic epoxy resin(TTA-21)to construct TTA-21/DEGDMA and the cationic/radical hybrid light curing system of TTA-21/3EGDMA,the influence of the composition of the above system on the mechanical properties of the cured film was explored,and the composition TTA-21/3EGDMA with better performance was selected.On this basis,the effect of the addition of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)on the tensile strength,fracture toughness,light transmittance,thermomechanical properties and micro morphology of TTA-21/3EGDMA was comprehensively discussed.The results show that when GMA is added at 20%,the tensile strength of TTA-21/3EGDMA film with a composition ratio of 2∶1 is 65.74 MPa,and the elongation at break is 4.80%;when GMA is added at 40%,KIC can reach 2.74 MPa·m 1/2,an increase of 17.52%.The light transmittance of TTA-21/3EGDMA film with different GMA addition amount can reach more than 89.95%.As the amount of GMA added increases,the crosslink density of the cured product increases.After the amount of GMA added is greater than 30%,micro-phase separation occurs,which increases the flexibility of the film.
