摘 要:轻型跨座式单轨全自动运行线路以其噪音小、能耗低、经济效益好、集约化智能化程度高等特点,成为中低运量运输制式发展的新热门。基于自主研发的全自动运行信号系统与国产化道岔应用为背景,以三开道岔为例,详细阐述了信号系统与道岔系统接口技术原则、接口控制和采集电路的设计原理、相应指示灯的设置要求,以及涉及到运营场景的道岔控制模式切换流程和应急模式操作流程等,可为行业内类似工程项目的方案设计提供参考。Light span monorail fully automatic operation lines have become a new trend in the development of medium and low volume transportation systems due to their characteristics of low noise,low energy consumption,good economic benefits,and high level of intensive intelligence.On the basis of the independent R&D FAO signaling system and the localization of monorail turnout system,this paper selects the 3-direction turnout interface designing as an example,elaborates the interface technology regulation,control and detect circuit principle,distribution requirements of their HMI indicators,and the monorail turnout control modes transfer process,as well as its emergency operation procedure.It can provide a reference for the design of similar engineering projects in the industry.
