摘 要:消防管路是舰船上重要的辅助系统,提供意外事故下的消防用水和船上设备的冷却用水.为了研究某舰船消防管路在发生泄漏时管路内水力特性,采用Flowmaster软件建立了某舰船的一维管路模型.研究发现,稳态仿真结果与实验参数基本吻合,说明搭建的管路模型是正确的.动态仿真结果表明,在管路发生泄漏时,水锤效应会使泄漏点力曲线发生波动;泄漏点破口增大会导致在管路发生泄漏时出现流量振荡和压力波动,在管路设计时应给管道承压留有足够裕度,防止管道因泄漏压力的波动引发主管道二次破裂;通过研究不同泄漏位置对管路的影响发现,靠近泵位置处的泄漏点,其最大泄漏流量会略大于其余泄漏点位置处,设计时应考虑在泵出口管道处添加防冲刷措施,避免管道发生意外破损.仿真结果可以为后续进行泄漏实验研究提供一定的指导作用.The fire pipeline is an important auxiliary system on the ship,providing firefighting water in case of accident and cooling water for equipment on board.In order to study the hydraulic characteristics of a ship′s fire pipeline when leakage occurs,a one-dimensional pipeline model of a ship was established by using Flowmaster software.It was found that the steady-state simulation results were basically consistent with the experimental parameters,indicating that the pipeline model built was correct.The dynamic simulation results showed that when the pipeline leaked,the water hammer effect will cause the leakage point force curve to fluctuate.The increase of the leakage point fracture will lead to flow oscillation and pressure fluctuation when the pipeline leaks,and sufficient margin should be left for the pipeline pressure during the pipeline design to prevent the secondary rupture of the main pipeline caused by the fluctuation of leakage pressure;by studying the influence of different leakage locations on the pipeline,it was found that the leak point near the pump location will have a maximum leakage flow rate that is slightly greater than at the rest of the leak point location,the design should consider adding anti-washout measures at the pump outlet pipeline to avoid accidental damage to the pipeline.The simulation results can provide some guidance for subsequent leakage experimental research.
