摘 要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热法、凝胶渗透色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用等研究了营养液输液袋用进口乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的性能,剖析了其产品特点并与国产EVA进行对比分析。结果表明:进口EVA的熔体流动速率较低,维卡软化温度较高,化学性能较好,而国产EVA小分子析出物较少,晶点数较少,但还原物质偏多。The properties of imported ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)for nutrient solution infusion bags were studied by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,gel permeation chromatography,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Its characteristics were compared with home-made EVA.The results show that the melt flow rate of imported EVA is low,its Vicat softening temperature is high,and its chemical properties are good.However,domestic EVA has less small molecule precipitation and fewer fisheyes,and more reducing substances.
