摘  要:综述了近年来石墨烯制备工艺的研究进展及其在聚丙烯改性领域的应用。采用改性的Hummers法先制备氧化石墨烯,向氧化石墨烯的超声分散液中滴加硝酸,再进行超声水热还原反应可以得到石墨烯粉体。电阻值不同且厚度不同的石墨烯薄膜可用于电子设备的散热件,低电阻值区域用于天线辐射体可以兼顾天线的辐射特性和散热件的散热性能。将氧化石墨烯悬浮液旋涂于基底上喷涂铜粉后,除去基底可以得到高导电率石墨烯。添加石墨烯等添加剂可以提升茂金属聚丙烯电力管熔接点的拉伸强度。The research progress of graphene preparation and its application in polypropylene modification are reviewed.Graphene oxide is prepared by modified Hummers method,then nitric acid is dripped to its ultrasound dispersion to obtain graphene powder through ultrasound solvothermal reduction.Graphene membrane with different resistance and thickness can be used for heat sink of electronic equipment.Low resistant graphene can be used for antenna radiator,which takes into account of radiation of antenna and heat radiation of heat sink.Graphene oxide suspension is spin-coated on basement and sprayed with copper powder to obtain graphene with high conductivity after removing basement.The tensile strength of the melting joint of metallocene polypropylene power pipe is improved by adding graphene.
