摘  要:随着信息化的发展,高校信息化建设也在不断提高、业务系统数目不断增长、规模不断扩大,校园网络的整体架构也越来越复杂,对系统运维水平的要求日益提升。针对校园网络故障报修的实际运行模式和存在问题,结合智慧校园发展的实际需要,设计一套一体化运维管理系统突显重要。本文对于运维平台展开积极探索,以运维系统为核心,采用微信、短信、web等多种渠道设立反馈入口,以适应不同的使用需求,并且采用更为丰富的形式传达信息,实现不同部门的工作联动。With the increase of informatization of various business in universities,the number and scale of business systems are growing,the architecture of campus network is becoming more and more complex,and the level of system maintenance is increasingly demanding.In view of the actual operation mode and problems of the current network repairment,it is especially important to design an integrated operation and maintenance management system,considering the actual needs of smart campus development.In this paper,we explore the operation and maintenance platform.Focusing on the operation and maintenance system,various channels such as WeChat,SMS and web are taken as the feedback portals to meet different needs from users.Multiple approaches are adopted to convey information and realize the work linkage of different departments.
