摘  要:文章探讨有氧运动联合红景天口服液提高大鼠抗疲劳能力。将40只SD大鼠,随机分为安静对照组(C)、有氧运动组(E),红景天组(H),有氧运动补充红景天口服液组(S)等四组。跑台运动,速度设置为12 m/min,每周运动6次,每天运动时间1 h.建立大鼠负重游泳抗疲劳模型,每天给红景天组和有氧增补红景天口服液组的大鼠大鼠灌2 ml红景天(300 mg/100g),每组大鼠负重游泳时间记录在最后一次训练结束后进行。通过数据分析显示:与C组相比,运动组和红景天组大鼠负重游泳时间明显延长(P<0.05),C组的大鼠肝糖原和肌糖原含量较其他三组均有所下降(P<0.05),单纯有氧运动组和红景天组的大鼠肝糖原和肌糖原含量虽有所增加,但与有氧运动联合红景天组有显著差异(P<0.05),体内血尿素氮和血乳酸含量均有所下降;较安静的对照组,有氧运动组、红景天组、有氧运动组与红景天组的大鼠血清中的总抗氧化能力均有所提高,SOD、CAT和GSH-PX的活性均有明显提高(P<0.05),MDA则有明显下降(P<0.05)。数据分析得到,长期规律的有氧运动联合补充红景天口服液可以延缓机体发生运动性疲劳,其机制是通过提高机体抗氧化能力、降低氧化应激水平,且优于单纯有氧运动或红景天口服液效果。To explore the mechanism of aerobic exercise,this paper combined with rhodiola oral liquid to improve the anti-fatigue effect of rats.40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:quiet control group(C),aerobic exercise group(E),rhodiola rosea group(H),aerobic exercise combined with rhodiola rosea group(S).In the experiment,the treadmill speed was set to 12m/min,6 times/week,60min/d for treadmill training.Rats in group H and group S were intragastric with 2 mL rhodiola rosea(300 mg/100g)every day.After the training,the last exhaustion swimming time of each group was recorded,and the contents of glycogen in liver and muscle of rats were determined after anatomy.Data analysis shows that:Compared with the quiet control group,aerobic exercise group and rhodiola rosea rhodiola group rats weight loading swimming significantly prolonged(P<0.05),the quiet control group rats liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content is the lowest,compared with the other three groups had significant difference(P<0.05),pure aerobic exercise group and rhodiola can improve liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content,However,compared with aerobic exercise combined with rhodiola rosea group,there were significant differences(P<0.05),blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid content decreased;Compared with the quiet control group,serum T-AOC in aerobic exercise group,rhodiola rosea group and aerobic exercise combined with rhodiola rosea group were increased,and the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-PX were significantly increased(P<0.05),while MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Long-term regular aerobic exercise combined with the supplement of rhodiola oral liquid can enhance the antioxidant capacity of the body,reduce the level of oxidative stress,so as to prolong the exercise time,delay the occurrence of exercise fatigue,and is better than the effect of simple aerobic exercise or rhodiola oral liquid.
