摘  要:随着人类生活水平的提高及汽车行业的发展,导致对车辆的各方面需求越来越高,且需求的功能也越来越多,从而使客车增加了更多的零部件,这样使得整车布置变得越来越困难,所以零部件集成化已成必然。本文主要阐述一款新能源城市客车的多合一集成控制器方案设计,通过从整车电气原理图构思、控制器原理图设计、零部件选型匹配、零部件布置等几个方面进行阐述,突出整体设计方案的可持续发展性。With the improvement of human living standards and the development of the automobile industry,the demand for vehicles in all aspects is getting higher and higher,and more and more functions are required,so more parts are added to buses,which makes the layout of the whole vehicle more and more difficult,so the integration of parts has become inevitable.This paper describes the design of a multi in one integrated controller scheme for a new energy city bus,which highlights the sustainable development of the overall design scheme through the whole vehicle electrical schematic design,controller schematic design,parts selection and matching,parts layout and other aspects.
