摘  要:电磁阀喷油器作为高压共轨燃油系统中最复杂、核心的零部件,其工作状态直接影响发动机的动力性能和排放结果,对电磁阀喷油器在工作过程中的电路故障进行实时监测是保证发动机正常工作的前提条件,且也是满足法规要求的必要条件。本文通过研究电磁阀喷油器电路故障诊断原理,对比研究不同故障模式下电路状态,并结合具体案例应用研究,对指导故障诊断设计和维修排查具有实际指导意义。As the most complex and core component in the high-pressure common rail fuel system,the working state of the solenoid valve injector directly affects the power performance and emission results of the engine.Real time monitoring of the circuit faults of the solenoid valve injector in the working process is a prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the engine,and also a necessary condition to meet the requirements of laws and regulations.This paper studies the principle of fault diagnosis of the solenoid valve injector circuit,The comparative study of circuit states under different fault modes,combined with specific case application research,has practical guiding significance for fault design and maintenance troubleshooting.
