摘 要:硫酸钙(CS)材料由于其具有生物相容性好、生物可吸收降解性高、制备成本相对低廉、原材料来源丰富等特点,常用于大段骨缺损修复的治疗。然而,其材料存在着降解速度快、骨诱导活性差等问题。因此硫酸钙材料与不同材料的复合,使其相关性能得到改进与加强成为了目前研究的热点,近年来研究人员通过将硫酸钙与不同的材料相结合,负载各种抗生素、药剂、生长因子等无机、有机分子,制备出新型复合硫酸钙材料,并经体外细胞实验和体内动物实验探究评价新型材料的机械和生物性能,为进一步硫酸钙人工骨材料的研究和开发提供了理论与实践支持。本文将通过对近年来以硫酸钙材料为载体的新型复合材料在骨缺损修复方面的研究进展进行综述总结,以期为后续的研究提供参考。Calcium sulfate(CS)is widely used in the treatment of bone defects because of its good biocompatibility,high bioabsorbability,low cost and abundant raw materials.However,some problems remain to be solved,such as rapid degradation and poor osteo-inductive activity of calcium sulfate.Therefore,the composite of calcium sulfate materials and different materials to improve and strengthen their related properties has become a hot research topic at present.In recent years,researchers have combined calcium sulfate with different materials to prepare a new type of compound calcium sulfate material by loading inorganic and organic molecules such as antibiotics,medicaments,growth factors,etc.,and evaluated the mechanical and biological properties of the new materials through in vitro cell experiments and in vivo animal experiments to provide theoretical and practical support for the further research and development of calcium sulfate artificial bone materials.This paper will summarize the research progress of new composite materials based on calcium sulfate materials in bone defect repair in recent years,in order to provide a reference for subsequent research.
