摘　　要：近些年,随着我国居民生活水平的不断提高,人们的饮食结构发生较大变化,对水果蔬菜、各类海产品等生鲜食品的需求量激增,对食品安全也有了更高要求。为更好地满足我国居民的消费需求,冷链物流运输必不可少。目前,我国冷链运输发展速度较快,但也存在着诸多问题,如冷藏车紧缺、运输控温不到位、运输破损率高等。针对这样的现状,提出冷链物流运输优化的策略,实现冷链物流管理降本增效的目标。In recent years,the living standard of Chinese residents has been continuously improved,and the dietary structure has also changed greatly.The demand for fresh food such as fruits,vegetables and various kinds of seafood has surged,and the people have higher requirements for food safety.In order to better meet the above needs of Chinese residents,cold chain logistics and transportation are essential.At present,China's cold chain transportation is developing rapidly,but there are still many problems,such as shortage of refrigerated trucks,inadequate transportation temperature control and high breakage rate.In view of this situation,it is necessary to propose the strategy of cold chain logistics transportation optimization to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase in cold chain logistics management.
