摘 要:针对石屑具有颗粒形态差、针片状含量多、石粉含量大、呈“两头大中间小”等特性,通过整形、级配、复掺等手段对石屑机制砂分别进行优化改性,研究其对砂浆工作性、力学性能和耐久性的影响。结果表明,颗粒整形、级配和复掺河砂均能改善砌筑砂浆拌合物的和易性和密实性,其中通过复掺可以使得机制砂整体的颗粒形态和级配得到显著提升,且在工程应用中简单可行。In view of the characteristics of the stone chips,such as poor particle shape,large needle-flake content,large stone powder content and“big at both ends and small in the middle”,the stone chip machine-made sand was optimized and modified by shaping,gradation and mixing methods,and its influence on the workability,mechanical properties and durability of the mortar was studied.The results show that the workability and compactness of masonry mortar mix can be improved by particle shaping,gradation and mixing of river sand,and the overall particle morphology and gradation of machine-made sand can be significantly improved by mixing,which is simple and feasible in engineering application.
