摘 要:随着社会的不断发展,现代化的信息智能技术水平也得以提升,人们不再满足于传统的建筑形式,进而提出了智能建筑概念,这其中就包括了智能建筑电气的设计和应用。本文对漳州城投集团总部办公楼所采用的电气设计技术措施进行了整理和总结,分析如何在常规电气设计基础上提高智能化水平。项目以绿色、经济、高效、安全、节能等理念建设综合能源管理平台,并经过一系列智能电气设计,结合智能化终端的智能控制,从策略、人为管理行为等进行节能控制,与传统的粗放型建筑能耗管控相比,节能比例在10%左右,可为楼宇建筑节能低碳管理提供参考。With the continuous development of society,the level of modern information intelligent technology has also been improved,people are no longer satisfied with the traditional building form,then put forward the concept of intelligent building,which includes the design and application of intelligent building electrical.In this paper,the electrical design technical measures adopted by Zhangzhou Urban Investment Group Headquarters Office Building are sorted out and summarized,and how to improve the intelligence level on the basis of conventional electrical design is analyzed.The project builds a comprehensive energy management platform based on the concepts of green,economic,efficient,safe and energy saving,and adopts a series of intelligent electrical design,combined with intelligent control of intelligent terminals,and carries out energy saving control from strategies and human management behaviors.Compared with traditional extensive building energy consumption control,the energy saving ratio is about 10%,which can provide reference for building energy saving and low-carbon management.
