摘 要:塔式起重机是广泛使用的一种建筑起重机械设备,其基础设计直接影响塔机的正常使用和抗倾覆安全。针对塔机的受荷特点,结合某型号塔机,推导了方形板式基础双偏压作用下的偏心距计算公式,梳理出塔机独立基础和桩基础设计的要点和特点,分析了二者设计的异同,总结了抗倾覆不满足时的针对性解决办法。并根据计算分析,双偏压方形基础偏心率不大于b/4时,不一定满足零应力区控制条件,需采取措施。Tower crane is a kind of widely used construction hoisting machinery equipment,the load value and design of its foundation directly affect the normal use and anti-overturning safety of tower crane.According to the load characteristics of tower crane,combined with a certain type of tower crane,the calculation formula of eccentricity of square slab foundation under double eccentric loading is derived,the key points and characteristics of the design of independent foundation and pile foundation of tower crane are sorted out,the similarities and differences of the two designs are analyzed,and the targeted solutions when the anti-overturning is not satisfied are summarized.According to the calculation and analysis,when the eccentricity of the double bias square foundation is not greater than b/4,it does not necessarily meet the control conditions of zero stress area,and measures should be taken.
