摘 要:收入是制约文化消费水平的重要因素。本文基于非线性视角建立面板门槛回归模型,利用2014—2019年省际面板数据,研究人均可支配收入对我国文化消费的影响。结果显示,我国人均可支配收入对文化消费的影响存在双门槛促进效应,呈现出先增加后降低的特征;与此同时,随着经济发展水平、受教育水平的增高,消费者的收入对于文化消费的促进作用是递减的;文化消费习惯则相反。基于此,应立足我国人均可支配收入实际情况,采取文化消费专项补贴、差异化促进文化消费策略,降低时间成本,促进文化消费的“理性上瘾”,以扩大居民文化消费。Income is an important factor restricting the level of cultural consumption.This paper establishes a panel threshold regression model based on a nonlinear perspective,and studies the effect of per capita disposable income on cultural consumption in China using the panel data of provinces from 2014 to 2019.The results show that there is a double threshold positive effect of per capita disposable income on cultural consumption,which first increases and then decreases.At the same time,with the increase of economic development level and education level,the positive effect of income on cultural consumption is decreasing;however,cultural consumption habits are contrary to them.Based on the above conclusion,according to the actual situation of China's income level,we should adopt special subsidies for cultural consumption and differentiated strategies to promote it,reduce the time cost,and promote the“rational addiction”of it,so as to expand residents'cultural consumption.
