摘  要:为了解决未采掘完成矿井重新开采存在的安全问题,探究了新型注浆材料的性能与其性能优化方法。研究结果表明,发泡剂浓度基本与发泡倍数成正比,随着发泡剂温度不断升高,发泡倍数随之增加,考虑工程实践成本,发泡剂浓度为1:20、温度在40~50℃时,效果最好;当泡沫掺量为4倍、胶凝材料水灰比为0.8:1时,泡沫水泥的孔隙率较大且较为稳定。In order to solve the safety problem of remining uncompleted mines,the performance of new grouting materials and their performance optimization methods were investigated.The research shows that the concentration of foaming agent is basically proportional to the foaming ratio.As the temperature of foaming agent increases,the foaming ratio increases.Considering the cost of engineering practice,the best effect is obtained when the concentration of foaming agent is 1:20 and the temperature is between 40℃and 50℃;When the content of foam is 4 times and the water cement ratio of cementitious material is 0.8:1,the porosity of foam cement is larger and more stable.
