摘  要:针对NiCuZn铁氧体的应用需求,为降低材料的合成时间和成本投入,采用不同的低温预烧结温度(650~750℃)对Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.14)Zn_(0.4)Fe_(2.26)O_(4)铁氧体进行预烧结,添加0.2 wt%的Bi_(2)O_(3)助烧剂,通过910℃轨道炉进行低温烧结2 h。研究低预烧结温度对铁氧体的成相、微观形貌和磁性能的影响。结果表明,750℃预烧结15 min的样品具有较好的综合性能:密度ρ=5.34 g/cm^(3),磁导率μ′(1 MHz)=304,品质因数Q(1 MHz)=84.2,居里温度T_(C)=180℃。同时研究了在15~96 MPa压强下磁导率的变化,和-60~210℃下磁导率变化特性。研究工作为工业化生产提供了工艺参考。Based on applied requirement of NiCuZn ferrites,and to reduce the synthesis time and cost of material,Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.14)Zn_(0.4)Fe_(2.26)O_(4)ferrites were pre-sintered under different low temperature curves.With 0.2 wt%Bi_(2)O_(3)sintering aid,NiCuZn ferrites were sintered at 910℃for 2 h.The effects of low pre-sintering temperature on phase formation,microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated.The results showed the samples with 750℃for 15 min had good comprehensive performance:densityρ=5.34 g/cm^(3),real part of permeabilityμ′(1 MHz)=304,quality factor Q(1 MHz)=84.2,and Curie temperature TC=180℃.Meanwhile,the changes of magnetic permeability under pressure of 15 MPa to 96 MPa,and characteristics of permeability at–60℃to 210℃were investigated.It could provide technological process reference for industrial production.
