摘 要:将羰基铁粉末与铁硅铬合金粉末按照不同比例混合后钝化、包覆、压制成磁粉心,测试和分析了其磁环密度、磁导率、直流叠加特性及损耗性能。结果表明,相对于铁硅铬合金粉末,羰基铁粉具有密度高、叠加特性好、损耗低的优点;但是其缺点是磁导率低,仅为铁硅铬合金粉末的85%。两种粉末混合制备的磁环特性并非羰基铁粉与铁硅铬合金粉末的简单叠加,而是存在一定的偏差。随频率升高,铁硅铬合金粉末磁环损耗增幅低于羰基铁粉末磁环,100 kHz/50 mT条件下前者损耗为羰后者的1.22倍,低于50 kHz/50 mT时的1.35倍。After mixing carbonyl iron powder and iron silicon chromium alloy powder in different proportions,passivating,coating and pressing the magnetic ring,through testing the density,permeability,DC superposition and loss characteristics of the magnetic ring,it is found that compared with iron silicon chromium alloy powder,carbonyl iron has the advantages of high density,good superposition characteristics and low loss,but its disadvantage is low permeability,which is only 85%of that of iron silicon chromium alloy powder.The magnetic ring characteristics of the two mixed powders are not the weighted values of carbonyl iron and iron silicon chromium alloy powders,but there is a certain deviation.With the increase of frequency,the loss increase of ferrosilicon chromium alloy powder magnetic ring is lower than that of carbonyl ferromagnetic ring.The loss of iron silicon chromium alloy powder magnetic ring at 100 kHz/50 mT is 1.22 times that of carbonyl iron powder magnetic ring,which is lower than 1.35 times that at 50 kHz/50 mT.
