摘  要:平衡阀是导弹发射车变幅机构液压系统中的关键部件,用于承担负值负载,其动态性能的优劣决定了液压系统的稳定性和安全性。建立了二级阻尼先导式平衡阀所在系统的详细数学模型,并进一步得出了传递函数。采用频域分析方法研究了阻尼孔直径和控制活塞直径对系统的稳定性和快速性的影响;采用MATLAB/Simulink对平衡阀-液压缸-变幅机构系统进行了动力学仿真,分析了阶跃流量输入下系统的抗负载扰动性能。结果表明:系统快速性随阻尼孔直径增大而提高,系统稳定性随控制活塞直径增大而提高;通过对平衡阀关键几何参数的设计,保证了平衡阀输出流量的稳定性,使系统具有较强的抗负载扰动能力,从而提升了液压系统的安全性和可靠性。The counterbalance valve is a key part of the hydraulic system of the missile launcher luffing system,which is used to bear negative load and its dynamic performance determines the stability and safety of the hydraulic system.A mathematical model of the system where the pilot counterbalance is located is established,and the transfer function is further derived.The influence of the diameters of damping orifices and control piston on the stability and rapidity of the system is studied by using frequency domain analysis.The dynamic simulation model of the system consisting of the valve,the cylinder and the variable amplitude mechanism is established by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the performance of resisting load disturbance under the input of step flow rate is analyzed.The results show that the rapidity of the system increases with the increase of damping orifice diameter,and the stability of the system increases with the increase of control piston diameter;through the design of geometric parameters of the valve,the stability of the flow rate of the counterbalance valve is ensured,and the system has a strong ability to resist load disturbance,thus the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system is improved.
