摘 要:为有效解决叶片泵配油盘在高速、重载等工作条件下的磨损和腐蚀问题,基于激光熔覆技术制备出一种陶瓷涂层。对不同激光功率和扫描速率下涂层的粗糙度、厚度、宽度、硬度以及残余应力等进行测定,得出工艺参数对涂层结构的影响效果。在10~30 N压力和10~20 mm/s有润滑摩擦速度的试验条件下,对配油盘的母材试样与涂层试样进行摩擦学测试,对比分析平均摩擦系数、磨损量的变化规律以及表面磨损机理。在酸性油液环境下,验证陶瓷涂层对母材磨损和腐蚀行为的强化效应。研究表明,陶瓷涂层能够显著提升配油盘的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,其在不同试验条件下均以微细划痕损伤为主,未出现点蚀凹坑、表层剥落等问题。In order to effectively solve the problem of wear and corrosion of oil distribution plate of vane pump under high speed,heavy load and other working conditions,a ceramic coating strengthening scheme was proposed based on laser cladding technology.The roughness,thickness,width,hardness and residual stress of the coating under different laser power and scanning rate were measured,and the effect of process parameters on the coating structure was obtained.Under the condition of 10~30 N pressure and 10~20 mm/s lubricated friction speed,the tribological tests were carried out on the base metal and coating samples of the oil distribution plate,and the variation rules of average friction coefficient,wear amount and surface wear mechanism were compared and analyzed.In the acidic oil environment,the strengthening effect of ceramic coating on the wear and corrosion behavior of base metal was verified.The research shows that the ceramic coating can significantly improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the oil distribution plate.Under different test conditions,the ceramic coating is mainly damaged by micro scratches,without pitting,surface peeling and other problems.
