摘 要:pVTt因其精度高、结构简单、维护费用低等独特优势,已被许多国家用作主要气体流量标准。然而,由于进气和排气过程的稳定时间较长,其标定效率相对较低。为了缩短稳定时间,提出了一种具有主动热补偿的新型pVTt气体流量标准;介绍了新型pVTt标准装置的原理图;详细分析了气动状态变化和传热的数学模型;对热补偿的影响进行了数值模拟;进行了实验,结果表明,进气后的稳定时间可以从10 min缩短到1 min左右。pVTt has been employed as the primary gas flow standard in many countries due to its unique advantages like high accuracy,simple structure,low maintenance,etc.However,its calibration efficiency is relatively low because of the long stabilization time of intake and outtake procedures.To reduce the stabilization time,a novel pVTt gas flow standard with active thermal compensation was proposed.Firstly,schematic diagram of the new pVTt standard device is introduced.Secondly,mathematical model of the pneumatic state change and heat transfer is carefully analyzed.Thirdly,the numerical simulation is carried out to investigate the influence of thermal compensation.Finally,experiments are carried out,and results show that the stabilization time after gas intake could be reduced from 10 minutes to about one minute.
