摘 要:基于空化模型和动网格技术,建立了含轴向间隙的涡旋泵流体域模型,对其内部流场进行数值模拟,得到不同转角下涡旋泵工作腔内流体的压力、速度、气相体积分数和流量等参数,分析了不同液压油的温度、种类和气相质量分数等对涡旋泵内的压力脉动和空化的影响。结果表明:液压油中气体质量分数从3e-5增加到1.2e-4,导致泵的容积效率下降;液压油从32#到68#,动力黏度增加0.0315 Pa·s,涡旋泵的压力峰值增加11.93 MPa,容积效率增加2.7%;从38℃增加到44℃,液压油动力黏度减少0.011 Pa·s,涡旋泵的压力峰值降低5 MPa,容积效率下降1.1%。Based on the cavitation model and dynamic mesh technology.The fluid domain model of scroll pump with axial clearance is established.The internal flow field of the scroll pump was numerically simulated,and the pressure,velocity,gas volume fraction and flow rate of the fluid in the working cavity at different angles were obtained.The influences of hydraulic oil temperature,type and gas mass fraction on pressure pulsation and cavitation in scroll pump were analyzed.The results show that the gas mass fraction of hydraulic oil increases from 3e-5 to 1.2e-4,resulting in the decline of volumetric efficiency.From 32#to 68#,the dynamic viscosity of hydraulic oil increases by 0.0315 Pa·s,the peak pressure in the scroll pump increases by 11.93 MPa and the volume efficiency increases by 2.7%.When the temperature increases from 38℃to 44℃,the dynamic viscosity of hydraulic oil decreases by 0.011 Pa·s,the peak pressure decreases by 5 MPa,and the volumetric efficiency decreases by 1.1%.
