摘　　要：该文以分析建设高校阅读文化的意义为切入点,提出要以全面提升高等教育质量为方向,促进校园环境与高校阅读文化建设。提出了具体的建设策略:其一,完善教育视角下进行高校阅读文化体系建设,夯实物质文化基础,丰富精神文化内涵,强化管理文化保障;其二,发挥图书馆这一物理环境在阅读文化建设中的积极作用,提供全面的阅读与教育服务,集中展现高校教育特色和阅读文化内涵;其三,打通教育与阅读文化互动的微循环,建设阅读平台,提高阅读质量,组织多种阅读活动,使阅读文化影响下的校园教育环境建设日趋完善。以期为高校管理与建设工作提供进一步的参考。Building college reading culture is a long-term measure to comprehensively improve the quality of higher education.Schools should consolidate the material and cultural foundation,enrich the spiritual and cultural connotation,and strengthen the cultural guarantee of management.And constantly play the positive role of the physical environment of the library in the construction of reading culture,and provide personalized and flexible reading services.In combination with the growth characteristics of college students and the characteristics of various factors that affect the construction of reading culture,we should also build a micro reading cultural system of community nature,build a reading platform,improve reading quality,and organize a variety of reading activities.This paper takes the promotion of the multi-level construction of reading culture as the starting point,analyzes how to realize the role of the library in the construction of reading culture,and finally puts forward the strategy of building a community micro reading culture system,hoping to further promote college reading culture.
