摘 要:框架木箱作为重要的运输包装容器,其生产加工和物流运输过程中产生的CO_(2)会对环境造成污染,因此分析和计算CO_(2)排放量,具有较高的经济价值和社会意义。基于生命周期评价方法对框架木箱进行研究,重点分析其“从摇篮到坟墓”全过程的碳足迹,并对某具体框架木箱进行计算。研究表明,在整个生命周期中,原材料生产即木质材料加工及运输阶段CO_(2)的排放量占比最大,贡献率达到67%,框架木箱生产加工及物流阶段贡献率为31%,而原材料废弃阶段占据最小比重,仅为2%。由此可见,应对原材料生产及运输阶段采取措施,加强监管,降低碳排放量。As an important transport packaging container,the CO_(2)produced in the process of production,processing and logistics transportation will pollute the environment.Therefore,the analysis and calculation of CO_(2)emissions has high economic value and social significance.Based on the method of life cycle assessment,the carbon footprint in the whole process of“cradle to grave”is analyzed,and a specific frame wooden case is calculated.The results show that in the whole life cycle,the production of raw materials,namely wood material processing and transportation stage of CO_(2)emissions accounted for the largest proportion,the contribution rate reached 67%.The contribution rate of frame wooden case production and logistics stage is 31%;The waste stage of raw materials occupies the smallest proportion,only 2%.Therefore,measures should be taken to strengthen supervision and reduce carbon emissions at the production and transportation stage of raw materials.
