摘 要:为优化预涂动态膜工艺处理城镇污水处理厂二级出水膜污染的主要运行条件,首先通过单因素实验研究了硅藻土平均粒径、跨膜压差及涂膜液质量浓度对动态膜形成过程中膜通量的影响规律;其次采用Box-Behnken Design二阶模型优化设计多因素实验,通过回归模型建立及方差分析,得出优化条件及模型预测值;最后验证在该优化运行条件下模型的可靠性。结果表明,硅藻土平均粒径与跨膜压差之间的交互作用显著,各因素对膜平均通量的影响顺序依次为涂膜液质量浓度>硅藻土平均粒径>跨膜压差;根据模型方程得出的优化运行条件为硅藻土平均粒径23.75μm、跨膜压差0.08 MPa、涂膜液质量浓度0.39 g/L,膜平均通量达到36.85 L/(m^(2)·h),与预测值的误差为0.94%。因此,采用响应面法优化预涂动态膜工艺处理城镇污水处理厂二级出水是切实可行的。It is aimed to achieve the mitigation of membrane pollution in secondary effluent of municipal wastewater treatment plants by optimizing the main operating conditions of precoating dynamic membrane process.Firstly,the effects of average particle size of diatomite,transmembrane pressure and coating solution mass concentration on membrane flux during dynamic membrane formation were conducted by single factor experiment,respectively.Sec-ondly,the Box-Behnken Design second-order model was used to optimize the design of multi-factor experiments,and the optimal conditions and model predictive values were obtained by regression model establishment and vari-ance analysis.Finally,the reliability of the model under this operating condition was verified.The results showed that average particle size of diatomite and transmembrane pressure had significant interaction effects on the re-sponse value.The effects of various factors on the average flux were as follows:coating solution mass concentration,average particle size of diatomite and transmembrane pressure.According to the model fitting equation,the optimal operating conditions were average particle size of diatomite 23.75µm,transmembrane pressure 0.08 MPa and coat-ing solution mass concentration 0.39 g/L,and the average membrane flux reached 36.85 L/(m^(2)·h).The relative er-ror between actual and predicted values was 0.94%.Therefore,it was feasible to optimize the precoated dynamic membrane process for secondary effluent treatment of municipal wastewater by response surface methodology.
