摘  要:研究了原料和工艺参数对钼粉团聚度及二次筛分率的影响,结果表明:酸洗(YL1)原料生产钼粉的团聚度平均值为1.83,而水洗(YL2)原料生产钼粉的团聚度平均值较低为1.67;与装舟量为1.4 kg时钼粉的二次筛分率相比,YL1与YL2原料采用装舟量为1.6 kg时钼粉的二次筛分率较高,分别为99.71%和98.81%。The influence of raw materials and technological parameters on agglomeration and secondary screening rate of molybdenum powder are studied.The results show that the average agglomeration degree of molybdenum powder produced by pickling(YL1)raw material is 1.83,while the average agglomeration degree of molybdenum powder produced by washing(YL2)raw material is 1.67;Compared with the secondary screening rate of molybdenum powder at 1.4 kg loading capacity,the secondary screening rates of molybdenum powder for YL1 and YL2 raw materials at 1.6 kg loading capacity are 99.71%and 98.81%.
