移植患儿PICC导管发生异位原因分析及处理方法

摘　　要：目的分析移植患儿置入PICC导管异位发生的原因,研究对应的预防及处理对策。方法选择本院2020年1月—2021年12月共32例出现PICC导管异位的患儿作为研究对象,收集并分析其相关临床资料。结果导致儿童PICC导管异位的原因主要是置管部位选择、置管长度测量、患儿局部血管解剖变异、患儿置管时体位、操作者和患儿的个人因素和置管史等。结论在临床中有多种原因会导致儿童PICC导管异位,操作前做好评估可预防导管异位的发生;操作中遇到异位,快速精准判断异位的原因,给予对症处置。Objective To analyze the causes of ectopic PICC catheterization,and study the corresponding prevention and treatment countermeasures.Methods A total of 32 patients with ectopic PICC catheter in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and their clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results The mainly reasons of ectopic PICC catheter included the selection of catheter placement site,measurement of catheter placement length,local vascular anatomy variation of patients,patient′s posture when catheter placement,personal factors of operators,personal factors of patients,and history of catheter placement.Conclusions Many reasons lead to the ectopic PICC catheter in clinical practice.It should be evaluated before operation to prevent the occurrence of ectopic PICC catheter.When heterotopia during operation,it is necessary to quickly and accurately determine the cause of heterotopia and give treatment.
