摘　　要：文章力求系统预测大学教育未来的重大变化:大学对知识的垄断将被打破,教育资源的均衡配置有望真正实现;教师角色将发生重大变化,知识传授与获取方式更加便捷多元;学校的地位与作用将发生根本性调整,泛在学习成为新的教育形态;标准化教育将让位于个性化教育,工业化培养方式将被信息化培养方式取代;教育的微观形态与环境将告别工业化思维,发生革命性改变;学校将不再垄断对学生的评价权,新技术的运用将使评价更加及时与精准。同时文章指出了未来大学不变的方面:大学作为知识创造和科技进步重要引擎的地位不会改变,教师在学生人格发展和道德培养上的引领作用不会改变,传统现实空间师生互动的教育模式仍有不可替代的价值。面对高等教育世纪性大变局,中国高等教育应切实推进教育观念大转变,深化高校管理体制改革,加大对新教育技术和新教育模式改革的资源投入,适应新的科技革命和教育变革,加强对新技术的学习与培训,提高教师与管理者顺势而为的能力。This paper is aiming to systematically predict the major changes of university education in the future:the monop⁃oly position of university on knowledge will be broken,and the equalization of the allocation of educational resources is expected to be realized;The role of teachers will change greatly,and the way of knowledge imparted and acquired will become more conve⁃nient and diversified.The position and function of school will be fundamentally adjusted and ubiquitous learning will become a new educational form.Standardized education will give way to personalized education,and industrial training will be replaced by information training.The micro-form and environment of education will bid farewell to industrial thinking and undergo revolu⁃tionary changes.Schools will no longer have a monopoly on how students are evaluated,and new technology will make evalua⁃tions more timely and accurate.At the same time,this paper points out the factors that will not change in the future:the status of universities as an important engine of knowledge creation and scientific and technological progress will not change,the leading role of teachers in the development of students'personality and moral training will not change,and the traditional real space of teacher-student interaction education model still has irreplaceable value.Facing the great changes of higher education in the century,China's higher education should earnestly promote the great changes in educational concepts,deepen the reform of the management system of colleges and universities,increase the resource input in the reform of new educational technology and new educational mode,adapt to the new technological revolution and educational reform,strengthen the learning and training of new technology,and improve the ability of teachers and administrators to adapt to the trend.
