摘 要:随着易选钨资源被大量地开采,白钨矿资源日趋“贫、细、杂”,这也使得微细粒级白钨矿的回收利用难度增大。文章分析了微细粒白钨矿浮选的难点,从微细粒白钨矿的浮选工艺、浮选药剂、浮选设备三方面评述了微细粒白钨矿浮选的研究进展;并分析了气泡、磨矿、矿浆中离子、不同粒级交互作用等4个因素对微细粒浮选的影响,揭示了微细粒白钨矿浮选的主要影响因素;最后展望了未来微细粒白钨矿浮选的研究重点。文章可为微细粒白钨矿富集浮选、实现白钨矿资源的清洁、高效回收提供借鉴。As tungsten resources are being exploited in great quantities,scheelite resources are becoming increasingly"depleted,scattered,and fine".This has brought more attention to the recovery and utilization of micro-fine scheelite.The difficulties encountered in micro-fine scheelite flotation was analyzed,and the research progress on the flotation processes,flotation reagents,and flotation equipments were reviewed.Furthermore,the effects of bubbles,grinding,and the interaction of different particle sizes on fine scheelite flotation were revealed,and the future research focus for fine scheelite flotation was prospected.The review could provide a valuable reference for the flotation and efficient recovery of micro-fine scheelite resources.
