摘 要:采用压片法制备了USY分子筛、ZSM-5分子筛、Beta分子筛和复配分子筛,利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、NH_(3)-TPD、Py-FTIR等方法对分子筛进行了表征,并利用固定床微型反应装置,考察了分子筛对四氢萘催化裂解反应规律的影响。实验结果表明,USY分子筛的反应转化率较高,但低碳烯烃和轻质芳烃的选择性较低;Beta分子筛反应转化率较高,且丙烯和轻质芳烃选择性较好;ZSM-5分子筛的低碳烯烃和轻质芳烃的选择性最好,但反应转化率最低。分子筛复配后,反应活性和氢转移能力均有改善,尤其是Beta分子筛与ZSM-5分子筛复配,可实现分子筛开环与择形性能的协同强化,相比Beta分子筛,低碳烯烃和轻质芳烃的选择性显著提高,其中丙烯选择性提高最多。USY,ZSM-5,Beta zeolites and composite zeolite were prepared by tabletting method and characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,and Py-FTIR.The effect of zeolite on the catalytic cracking of tetrahydronaphthalene was investigated using a fixed bed micro-reactor.The experimental results show that the conversion on USY zeolite is high,but the selectivity to light olefins and light aromatics is low;Beta zeolite has high conversion and good selectivity to propylene and light aromatics;ZSM-5 zeolite has the best selectivity to light olefins and light aromatics,but the lowest conversion.The reaction activity and hydrogen transfer ability of the zeolite composite have been improved,especially the combination of Beta zeolite and ZSM-5 zeolite can realize synergistic enhancement of ring opening and shape selection performance of zeolite.Compared with Beta zeolite,the selectivity to light olefins and light aromatics of the zeolite composite have been significantly improved,with propylene selectivity increasing the most.
