摘  要:采用SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O作为酚醛树脂硫化三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的催化剂,通过二维在线红外光谱、DSC等方法研究了SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O对硫化EPDM的影响以及硫化反应动力学。实验结果表明,SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O对酚醛树脂硫化EPDM有明显的催化作用。对于酚醛树脂-EPDM-SnCl2体系,适宜的反应条件为:酚醛树脂用量6 phr,酚醛树脂与SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O用量比为7~8,硫化温度为200℃。随升温速率的增大,硫化反应的温度范围变窄,硫化反应时间缩短,反应焓增大。该体系的n级动力学模型为dα/dt=6.84×10^(7)e^(-70.3/RT)(1-α)^(0.9)。SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O was used as a catalyst for curing ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)rubber with phenolic resin.The effect of SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O on EPDM curing and the curing kinetics of EPDM were studied by two-dimensional online infrared spectroscopy and DSC.The results show that SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O has obvious catalytic effect on curing of EPDM with phenolic resin.The optimum reaction conditions for the phenolic resin-EPDM-SnCl_(2) system are as follows:phenolic resin amount 6 phr,amount ratio of phenolic resin to SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O 7-8,and curing temperature 200℃.With the increase of the heating rate,the temperature range of curing reaction is narrowed,the curing time is shortened,and the reaction enthalpy is increased.The n-order kinetic model of the system is dα/dt=6.84×10^(7)e^(-70.3/RT)(1-α)^(0.9).
