摘  要:通过熔融挤出方法制备了聚乙醇酸(PGA)/乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)共混物及其膜,利用DSC,SAXS/WAXS等方法,研究了PGA含量对共混粒子结晶性能及共混物膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,PGA与EVOH有较好的相容性,PGA/EVOH共混物只有一个玻璃化转变温度(Tg),当以EVOH为主相时,少量PGA的加入可破坏EVOH分子堆砌紧密程度,使其Tg降低,促进PGA/EVOH共混物膜中的EVOH结晶。当以PGA为主相时,EVOH起成核剂作用,使PGA的熔点升高,结晶完善。当PGA含量为5%(w)时,共混物膜的氧气阻隔性较EVOH膜有所提高。当PGA含量(w)在10%~20%时,共混物膜的拉伸强度随PGA含量的增加而增大。当PGA含量为20%(w)时,共混物膜的断裂伸长率显著增加至45%。The blends of polyglycolic acid(PGA)and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH)compositions were prepared by melt extrusion process.The effects of PGA content on crystallization properties of blended particles and physical properties of PGA/EVOH blend films were investigated by DSC,SAXS/WAXS and other methods.The experimental results show that PGA/EVOH blends exhibite only one glass transition temperature(T_(g)),indicating that PGA and EVOH have good compatibility.When EVOH is the main component of the blends,a small amount of PGA added can destroy the orderly packing of EVOH molecules and thus causes a decrease of Tg and improves EVOH crystallization in PGA/EVOH blend films.When PGA is the main component,EVOH acts as a nucleating agent,thus leading to a higher melting point and better crystallization of PGA.When the PGA content is 5%(w),the oxygen barrier of the blend film is improved compared to the EVOH film.When the PGA content is in the range of 10%-20%(w),the tensile strength of the blend film increases with the increase of PGA content.The elongation at break of the blend film increases significantly to 45%at 20%(w)of PGA content.
