摘 要:以苯甲醛、乙二胺和次磷酸为原料合成了一种新型高磷氮含量阻燃剂N,N'-双(膦酸化亚苄基)-1,2-乙二胺(BTHP),通过FTIR、1H NMR、TG和有机元素分析表征了BTHP的结构、组成和热稳定性,并通过熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/BTHP复合材料,测试了复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能。实验结果表明,相比于PLA,添加10%(w)BTHP的PLA/BTHP复合材料的极限氧指数从19.0%提高至29.7%,垂直燃烧测试达到UL-94的V-0级别,并能够离火自熄,最大热释放速率和总热释放量分别降低了21.6%和20.3%。BTHP发挥了凝聚相阻燃机理,促进基体成炭,提高了复合材料的阻燃性能。A novel flame retardant N,N'-bis(phosphonic benzylidene)-1,2-ethylene diamine(BTHP)with high phosphorus and nitrogen content was synthesized using benzaldehyde,ethylenediamine and hypophosphate as raw materials.The structure,composition and thermal stability of BTHP were characterized by FTIR,1H NMR,TG,and organic element analysis.Polylactic acid(PLA)/BTHP complex material was prepared by melt blending method and the flame retardancy of it was tested.The experimental results show that the limiting oxygen index of PLA/10% BTHP(BTHP amount 10%(w))is increased to 29.7% from 19.0% of PLA sample,and the vertical burning test result achieves UL-94 V-0 level with self-extinguishment after ignition.The maximum heat release rate and total heat release decreases by 21.6% and 20.3%,respectively.The carbonization in the condensed phase is the main flame-retarded mechanism of BTHP,which improves the flame retardancy of the composites.
